Amjad currently oversees nationwide EMS deployments spanning multiple regions, managing over 150 personnel and a fleet of more than 110 ambulance units, ensuring seamless 24/7 operational continuity and service excellence. His expertise encompasses strategic operations management, large-scale mobilization, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight within complex and high-pressure healthcare environments.

He plays a critical role in the execution of national projects and major event medical coverage, driving operational readiness, workforce efficiency, and compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and CBAHI standards. Known for his leadership in contract management, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance, Amjad consistently delivers high-performance outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Amjad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services from the University of Jazan and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Saudi Electronic University, further strengthening his strategic and leadership capabilities in healthcare management.
